Strict routine for productive day (just for personal reference)
Morning routines
- Getting up at 5-6:30am everydays
Habits to body
- Eating properly
- Doing exercise
- Getting enough sleep
Concentration
- Avoid disctraction such as mobile phone, emails, social media
- Using pomodoro techniques: breadking down your works into small intervals (typically 25 minutes long then 5 minitues relax)
TO-DO list
- Create the To-Do lists of works should be done in a day.
- Doing the hard or big tasks in priority.
