Strict routine for productive day (just for personal reference)

Morning routines

  • Getting up at 5-6:30am everydays

Habits to body

  • Eating properly
  • Doing exercise
  • Getting enough sleep

Concentration

  • Avoid disctraction such as mobile phone, emails, social media
  • Using pomodoro techniques: breadking down your works into small intervals (typically 25 minutes long then 5 minitues relax)

TO-DO list

  • Create the To-Do lists of works should be done in a day.
  • Doing the hard or big tasks in priority.
